Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book my accommodation?
Everyone will be staying on site at Wilderness Reserve for the wedding week. We’ve pre-reserved all of the rooms for our guests, and once you’ve RSVP’d, you’ll receive a link to your email to book your stay.

What day do I need to arrive at the venue?
Everyone will be checking into the venue at 4pm on June 30th. We will be kicking things off with a welcome party around the fire that night.

Are kids invited?
We love your littles — but this week is adults-only.

Can I bring a plus-one?
If a plus-one was included on your invite or RSVP, then yes — otherwise we’ve kept things intimate due to the estate accommodations. If you’d like to include a plus-one that isn’t on your RSVP, reach out to us and we will see if there is room to accommodate!

Do we need to rent a car?
Nope. Once you’re on the property, everything is walkable, bike-able, or you’ll be shuttled. If you’re coming from London, trains + a taxi transfer work totally fine to get to the venue — we’re hoping to arrange group transport to and from the Venue from London - please see the Travel page for more details.

Do I need to bring food?
All food and beverages are included as part of your stay. Expect beautifully prepared meals, local ingredients, and plenty of champagne moments — no need to bring or plan anything yourself.
